- Elevated Group Managed Print plans are all-inclusive and include equipment/machines, parts, consumables, and service.
Most businesses choose to lease equipment because it provides flexibility, support, and can save you money over the long term. On our all included plans you pay one monthly payment to get the machine, toner, and support. However, you can also purchase outright if preferable.
- We provide 2 hour local callout in some service areas, no wait time phone support during business hours, and typically same or next day callout depending on your location. We pride ourselves in making sure your business experiences 99.9% uptime and making sure you never have to worry about your printer.
- Our headquarters office is in Salt Lake City, UT and we have service centers throughout the US.
- Paper is NOT included in our standard plans. For wide-format machines, we can include rolls of paper. Otherwise you can purchase the paper where you typically buy office supplies and we take care of everything else.
- We offer live phone support with no wait time during business hours. Callout for maintenace is typically the next day. Our skilled technicians can solve most issues over the phone.
