What Do Your Managed Print Plans Include?

If you get a service plan for your equipment we include all parts, consumables and service. We also provide replacement machines if needed.

Should I Lease/Rent Or Buy My Equipment?

Most businesses choose leasing because it gives flexibility, support and can save you money over the long term. On our all included plans you pay one monthly payment to get the machine, toner and support at no upfront payment. However you can also purchase outright if preferable.

How Long Will It Take If I Need Support?

We provide 2 hour local callout in some service areas, no wait time phone support during business hours and 2 day callouts nationwide. We pride ourselves in making sure your business is always running and making sure you never worry about your printer again.

What Areas Do You Service?

Our headquarters and sales office is in Salt Lake City Utah and we have service centers throughout all 50 states. Get in touch with a representative to find an office near you.

Is Paper Included In My Plan?

Paper is NOT included in our standard plans. On wide format machines we can include rolls of paper. Otherwise you can purchase the paper and we can take care of everything else.

What Happens if My Machine Breaks Down?

We offer live phone support with no wait time during business hours. Callout for maintenance is typically next day. If we cant fix your machine we can swap it out for a new model at no charge.
